Our Geographic Coverage
Our geographic focus is Canada’s Western Provinces and our work is primarily within British Columbia, followed by Alberta and Saskatchewan. We conduct the vast majority of all appraisals related to the seniors housing and health care industry in BC. Our appraisers are all actively licensed in Alberta.
We are pleased to announce that through our new affiliation with Valco Consultants Inc. in London, Ontario, appraisals can include clients throughout Canada. We are also pleased to partner with Valco for portfolio assignments.
