Westbridge Group Valuation Partner

Careers

From time to time, Westbridge Group has openings for the following positions:

Appraisers: Experienced AACI-designated appraisers are preferred. Candidate members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada will be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical and report writing skills and have completed the Urban Land Economics program – UBC Commerce (Real Estate Option) or similar program. Prior health care appraisal experience is not essential. These positions require regular travel and are best suited for professionals that seek complex assignments. Appraisals of seniors housing and health care facilities are typically completed as going-concern operations and involve a great amount of detail.

Research Assistants: The seniors housing and health care industry is dynamic, undergoing constant change, so our research assistants are vital. They are required to work with our lead appraisers in conducting new market research, updating our regular industry surveys and assisting with the authoring of new industry reports. These positions are best suited for individuals who enjoy working closely with others and have strong communication skills.

Success in these positions requires:

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • a positive attitude
  • solid judgment
  • high ethical standards
  • a commitment to excellence
